UPSC Civil Services Exam 2025: Top Performers Emerge
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results for the Civil Services Examination 2025. Anuj Agnihotri from Rajasthan has achieved the top rank. Rajeshwari Suve M secured the second position, and Akansh Dhull is ranked third. A total of 958 candidates have been provisionally selected for various government services. This year’s toppers represent diverse educational backgrounds, including medical and engineering fields, showcasing a broad spectrum of talent.
Anuj Agnihotri: The Number One Aspirant
Anuj Agnihotri, hailing from Rawatbhata, Rajasthan, has secured the first rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025. He completed his medical studies and earned an MBBS degree from AIIMS Jodhpur. After becoming a doctor, Anuj decided to pursue a career in civil services. He is currently a probationer in the DANICS cadre. His success is a testament to his dedication and hard work.
Rajeshwari Suve M: Second Rank Achiever
Rajeshwari Suve M from Tamil Nadu has secured the second position. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics. Rajeshwari chose Sociology as her optional subject for the examination. Her consistent effort has led her to this significant achievement.
Akansh Dhull: A Consistent Performer
Akansh Dhull from Panchkula has achieved the third rank. This is not his first success in the UPSC examination; he has passed it twice before. The 25-year-old Akansh has a background in commerce, having studied at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University. He also enjoys debating and video gaming. His father is BJP leader Krishan Dhull.
Raghav Jhunjhunwala: Fourth Rank Holder
Raghav Jhunjhunwala from Muzaffarpur secured the fourth rank. He graduated in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Raghav excelled in his early education, topping his school in both 10th and 12th examinations. His family includes his mother, Anju Jhunjhunwala.
Ishaan Bhatnagar: Fifth Rank in UPSC
Ishaan Bhatnagar from Bhopal has achieved the fifth rank nationwide. He is currently undergoing training for the Indian Revenue Service. Ishaan holds a BALLB degree from the National Law College University in Delhi. His mother is a professor at RGPV, and his father has retired from government service.
Jinia Arora: Sixth Rank with Bureaucratic Roots
Jinia Arora comes from a family of civil servants, with both her parents being in government service. She secured the sixth rank in the 2025 examination, after achieving 156th rank in 2024. Jinia studied Political Science and Government, Economics at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She began preparing for UPSC during her graduation.
A. R. Raja Mohideen: Seventh Rank from Tamil Nadu
A. R. Raja Mohideen from Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu, secured the seventh rank. He completed his MBBS at Rajah Muthiah Medical College. His medical education provided him with strong analytical and scientific thinking skills. This was his third attempt at the Civil Services Examination.
Pakshal Jain: Eighth Rank from Madhya Pradesh
Pakshal Jain from Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh secured the eighth rank. His father is a cloth merchant, and his mother is a homemaker. Pakshal studied Economics at IIT Kanpur. He completed his schooling in Dhar district.
Aastha Jain: Ninth Rank and Self-Taught
Aastha Jain from Shamli secured the ninth rank. She achieved an impressive fourth position nationally in the CBSE Class 12th examination in 2018-19. In her first attempt in 2023, she secured 131st rank and is currently training at the Police Academy. Notably, Aastha did not use any coaching for her UPSC preparation.
Ujjwal Priyank: Tenth Rank from Bihar
Ujjwal Priyank from Vaishali district, Bihar, secured the tenth rank. He is a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science from Jaipur Engineering College. Ujjwal has a strong academic record, scoring 10 CGPA in CBSE 10th boards and 96 percent in ISC. This was his third attempt at the examination. His father is an engineer and farmer.
